In this body of work, my art is fuelled by my interest in the changeability and impermanence of urban and rural landscapes. In the body of work I present here I have used oil paint, acrylic and household paint to explore realities that may suggest the impact climate change may have on landscapes. It is my intention to engage the viewer in a dialogue with images that speak of impermanence and fluidity of spaces.

Van Gogh, Samuel Palmer, Paul Nash, Egon Schiele, Willem de Kooning and Gerhard Richter are some of the artists that have inspired me as I am always investigating new ways to develop my visual language
