In this body of work, by pushing the boundaries of drawing and painting and by not making reference to recognizable images, I explore the idea of hidden images; throughout this exploration I expose contemporary social issues such as invisibility of the human being in a highly global technological society as we live in a faceless world of e-mails and text messages; this way, distilling tensions from both explicit and implicit dialogues.

I have used oil, acrylic paint and pigment on canvas to explore my ideas and I have had influences as diverse as Albrecht Dürer and Willem De Kooning
